We accept referrals for children and young people in the North Kirklees area from GPs, consultants, education, and health professionals. Parents/carers can also self-refer.

We have staff based in the Children’s Centre at Dewsbury and District Hospital site (next door to children’s place nursery). We also see children at home, nursery and school as appropriate.
We may contact you by telephone or video initially.
It is advised parents/carers attend the appointments so that we can gain a full understanding of the child and their concerns.
We work Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, we do not cover weekends or bank holiday.
