First appointment; We will contact you to arrange our first appointment with you. Your first appointment may be a telephone appointment or a visit to your home or at a clinic. We will talk these options through with you.
Ongoing visits; Our patients are in regular contact with the team during the programme which lasts for a maximum of 3 months.
Appointment times; Our team works Monday – Friday from 8:00am until 5:00 pm.
Discharge; Our patients are discharged when they have reached a level of fitness that is realistic for them, this may be before the end of the 3 month programme. We will discuss this with you nearer the time.

Discharge; Patients are discharged once their symptoms are stable and simply require routine yearly monitoring from their GP. This will be discussed with you and explained nearer the time.
