The Children's Diabetes Team are based at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary and offer nursing care, support and advice to children and young people who have been diagnosed with Diabetes. The team will liaise with both school staff and school nurses to support your child in school and formulate a plan of care to meet your child’s needs.
