To enable us to provide care to you in a safe way, we would like your help by:
- Treating one another with courtesy and respect.
- Not smoking during the nurse or therapist’s visit.
- Keeping pets away from the area of care before the nurse or therapist arrives.
- Maintain safe access to your home address and to the area where you will be treated.
- We have a zero-tolerance approach towards aggression, violence and verbal abuse. Failure to comply may result in us withdrawing our services.
- Your understanding during adverse weather conditions when visits may be delayed or need to be rearranged.
