0-5 development ideas

Babies and children learn constantly through play, movement and interaction with others in a nurturing environment. They do this by watching, listening, feeling, smelling and exploring moving their bodies. Your child’s early years are some of the most important for their development and their brains have tremendous ability to learn. Evidence shows that the support you provide your baby has a big positive impact on their long-term development.

There is so much you can do to support your child’s development and it is never too early, or too late, to start.
