Kirklees Council and Locala are working together to create an integrated call centre for health and social care, and need members of the community and representatives from community organisations to be involved.
To ensure this new service is the very best it can be we want the people who already use the services to be involved as they are best placed to help design it, an approach called co-production.
If you have experience of using or contacting Locala’s community health services or using the Kirklees Council Gateway to Care Service, we would like to encourage you to get involved in developing the new integrated service that will support you, your family and your community.
This is your opportunity to partner have your say. We will be holding a number of virtual information sessions in August to tell you about the the project so far and share more details about how you can get involved.
