The impact of Covid-19 has been felt in all areas of the healthcare sector and Locala, like all NHS healthcare providers, has had to change how many services have operated. We would like to thank everyone that receives support from Locala services for their patience through this incredibly difficult period. We are now working on restarting services but it will take a little time to ensure this is done safely. We also might need to revisit these plans depending on what happens with Covid-19 rates and social distancing guidance.
The aim is for the majority of Locala services to be starting to get back to normal from September but some will take a little longer than that due to the restrictions needed in response to Covid-19. We will keep working on this, and will provide updates as things progress. If you receive care from a particular service then do look out for more details that will be sent to you directly in the coming days and weeks.
