Locala is committed to our patients and local communities being at the heart of all that we do. We want to hear from our patients and communities, and involve you in how our community healthcare services are delivered. There are various ways you can get involved.
Become a member - be better informed about Locala and the community healthcare services we provide, and have your say in how we shape and deliver our services. You can also be involved in the future development of Locala and influence how it grows. You can receive invitations to complete surveys, attend events, be a mystery shopper, look at patient feedback and join in discussions - you can be involved as much, or as little, as you like.
Be a volunteer - work directly with our services and you can use your skills and experiences to support our services and benefit our patients. See our Volunteers page for more information.
Be a Young People’s Network member - for 11 to 19 year olds we have a youth network with young people invited to consider the health, wellbeing and community issues that affect them. We aim to give the young people the space and skills needed to challenge, and improve, their healthcare services and communities.
Tell us what you think - you might wish to give feedback about Locala services you have used. We really do want to know what you think. Click here to leave feedback.
