Please note
Expected cases of TB must be referred to the Adult Respiratory Consultant within the Acute setting.
Also home visits if requested are nurse visits and are primarily for education.
Interventions in patient’s own homes are limited
Patient Details: If contact details are incorrectly input where mandatory the referral cannot be processed
