Registering on Locala’s Referral Portal will allow you to
You can now register on the Referral Portal by going to https://referrals.locala.org.uk/register. If you are a clinician or service provider the click on the “clinician or service provider” button, otherwise click on the “member of the public” button.
Enter all of your details in the form provided and check the box to confirm you have read and accept our terms and conditions and privacy policy. Finally, click on “register” to finish signing up. You will then be asked to verify your account.
Before we can sign you up we need to make sure your email address is correct. To do this we send you an email with a link which will allow you to verify your email address and complete the sign up.
If you have signed up or logged in and you have not verified your account you will be asked to do this. If you cannot find the email you can click on the “resend verification email” button to get another.
If you still aren’t receiving an email check that the email address you provided when you signed up is correct. You can check and amend your email address (and other details) by going to your “my account” area.
You can log into the Locala Referral Portal by clicking on the login button in the top right of the screen or going to https://referrals.locala.org.uk/login. If you cannot see a login button then you are likely already logged in.
Just enter the email address and the password you set when you first signed up to the Locala Referral Portal.
If you forgot your password don’t worry. Just click on “reset your password” or go to https://referrals.locala.org.uk/login/password-reset. Once here, enter the email address you used to register on the Locala Referral Portal and click “send a reset email”. We will then send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
