Our THRIVE strategy is about taking control in a challenging environment and reimagining a future where we can be an even stronger force for change. It focuses on breaking down the barriers vulnerable people face when accessing healthcare, as well as addressing key factors that contribute to health inequalities, such as skills and employment opportunities, safe housing, and reducing social isolation.
As a social enterprise, we aim to find creative solutions to the challenges we face. To continue doing this, we need to be financially sustainable.
One way we’re working to achieve this is by offering some of our services for a fee. These services will help improve the health and well-being of the communities we serve, while also addressing local health inequalities.
We will reinvest the funds generated from our self-pay services back into our communities and vulnerable groups. The profit we make will be used to collaborate with our public sector partners to fund impactful initiatives, such as reaching marginalised groups who may not otherwise have access to these services, investing in education and wellbeing programmes, and offering navigation support to families.
