Foot Health

The Podiatry Service offers assessment, diagnosis and treatment of problems associated with the foot and lower limb.

These problems could include:

  • leg threatening conditions associated with chronic health problems such as diabetes
  • functional problems with the lower limb requiring corrective insoles known as biomechanics
  • minor surgery for permanent removal of ingrowing toenails
  • treatment to maintain and improve mobility

The team assists patients to maintain their own foot health with advice, education, and support.
