Compliments and Complaints

We are always striving to improve our services and to learn from compliments, concerns, complaints and other feedback from our patients and their families and carers. By getting in touch you are helping us to improve the services we provide to current and future patients in the communities we serve.

If you have a compliment, we will pass on your praise directly to the team concerned. A thank you to an individual, team or service can have a real impact on colleagues.

In the instances when you have told us something has gone wrong, we will investigate what’s happened and let you know what we find. We’ll make changes where this is needed and learn any lessons to improve care.

We understand some people feel uncomfortable about raising a complaint; however, we would welcome the opportunity to address any concerns you have and hopefully resolve them.

Our Customer Liaison Team is the team to contact and we have a number of ways you can get in touch. If you have any particular communication needs please do let us know. The team will also help with any general enquiries.
