Diabetes
Locala have a team of Specialist Diabetes nurses who educate and support people with diabetes to help them control, understand and manage their diabetes and live as full a life as possible.
There are clinics at:
- Princess Royal Health Centre
- Mill Hill Health Centre
- The Grange at Fartown
- Slaithwaite Health Centre
- Dearne Valley Health Centre
- Holme Valley Memorial Hospital
- Dewbury Health Centre
The team also work with the consultants in the Out Patients department at Huddersfield. Home visits are also available for the housebound.
We are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
