The minor plastic surgery is carried out by Dr Colin Wright, a GP with a specialist interest in plastic surgery who specialises in the treatment and removal of various skin and soft tissue problems. Dr Wright also runs similar clinics within the Bradford area.
- All treatment is carried out on the unit on the date of the initial appointment.
- We offer an afternoon and evening clinic running on most Mondays throughout the year.
- In 99% of cases, patients will not require any time absent from work following their treatment.
- As all surgery is done using local anaesthetic patients are able to leave the unit immediately following their procedure.
- There are always nurses present in the clinic to assist patients and help to relieve any anxieties.
- If patients require any stitches following their procedure, these can be removed at a later date by their own GP practice.
