Baby Massage 

Baby massage is one of the best ways to bond with your child and it also promotes a healthy sleepy pattern. Sessions are run by trained staff (IAIM) from Locala. 

These sessions are aimed at babies from 8 weeks (up to approx. 7 months, depending on how mobile your child is).

You will require oil and towel for massaging. 

Conditioning

Conditioning is a great way to enhance stamina and fitness. Ideal for parents wanting to shape up! KAL fitness staff will take the session whilst Locala staff are there to support you with you baby whilst you do your session. Children brought should not be over 2 years old and please bring a toy for them to play with.

Pilates

This class is suitable for all -a perfect workout for new parents. A great way to work on abs and develop your core strength. A qualified instructor will take the class whilst Locala staff are there to support you with you baby whilst you do your session. Children brought should not be over 2 years old and please bring a toy for them to play with.

Fitness Classes

Set to music this range of classes will work your heart and lungs and are designed to improve overall body tone, stamina and coordination. A qualified instructor will take the class whilst Locala staff are there to support you with you baby whilst you do your session. Children brought should not be over 2 years old and please bring a toy for them to play with.

Yoga

Perfect for new parents.  Improve both physical and mental health in sessions run by a KAL fitness instructor. A qualified instructor will take the class whilst Locala staff are there to support you with you baby whilst you do your session. Children brought should not be over 2 years old and please bring a toy for them to play with.
