COVID-19

UPDATE - 19th July 2021

From 19th July 2021, we are now offering a mixture of face to face, telephone and online services. In line with the National NHS guidance our queue & wait clinics are not operating at the moment. The only exception to this is our under 18s queue & wait clinics that are held weekly in Bradford, Cleckheaton and Huddersfield.

To access the service, you will still need to contact us on  03033309981 (Kirklees) / 03033309500 (Bradford) or you can now book a telephone contraception appointment online. Please click here for more information.

You will be asked questions about COVID-19 symptoms and recent travel to determine the best service option for you.

If you do attend clinic please wear a face covering and attend alone due to social distancing rules.

We may need to cancel clinics at short notice due to COVID-19.

Thank you for your understanding and patience at this very challenging time.

If you have symptoms please contact us on 03033309981 (Kirklees) or 03033309500 (Bradford).  We will then triage you via telephone and if appropriate we will bring you into one of our clinics for treatment and/or medication. It will not necessarily be on the same day. Please do not come to a clinic unless you have been told to.

SH:24 offers a FREE and discreet home STI testing service for Kirklees and Bradford residents. Visit www.sh24.org.uk to see if you’re eligible to order a home testing kit.

If you are wanting to book a contraception appointment please contact us on 03033309981 (Kirklees) or 03033309500 (Bradford). Alternatively, you can now book a telephone contraception appointment online. Please click here for more information.

If you need sexual health advice please text a nurse on 07312 263 032. This service operates Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (excluding bank holidays). For more information click here
