Locala’s latest annual Quality Account (QA) has been published and is available to read here and on the NHS Choices website. The document gives details of how well we have performed within our priorities for improvement in 2016/17 together with patient feedback and experience. The QA also gives us the opportunity to look ahead to the priorities for the current year, where the focus is on Patient safety, Clinical effectiveness and Patient experience, and how we will monitor our achievements.
All providers of NHS services are required to produce a Quality Account and to ask major stakeholders for comments which are included in the document.
