As an outcomes based contract, Locala as lead provider is assessed on success through the delivery of these outcomes. To determine whether these outcomes have been met, there is a comprehensive suite of key performance indicators together with targets within the contract. Locala will report against these KPIs to the CCGs and this will be monitored through the contracting and clinical quality management governance structure established across both CCGs.
