Information Governance is a term that covers the necessary safeguards for patient and personal information.

Your health records are confidential and we ensure that they are shared only on a need-to-know basis. Within Locala, we have moved to an electronic clinical record system. By using a 'Smartcard' system, we are able to control who has access to your clinical records and prevent anyone not involved in your care gaining access to your sensitive personal information.
